Y Mind Program

Learn to manage stress

Y Mind is a free, seven-week mental wellness group program for teens (ages 13-18) and youth (ages 18-30) who are experiencing symptoms of mild-to-moderate anxiety or stress. Participants learn and practise evidence-based strategies to help manage anxiety.

The Y Mind program will help you:

  • Cope with stress
  • Manage anxieties
  • Connect with peers

Y Mind is led by trained mental health professionals and gives you the chance to connect with peers who are experiencing similar thoughts and feelings. All participants receive a free book, workbook and YMCA membership for the duration of the program.
