YMCA Early Learning and Care programs offered at this location provide children with the support they need to make a seamless transition to full-day kindergarten.

At the Y, we believe that children learn best when their natural activity of play is encouraged. Our curriculum, YMCA Playing to Learn™, offers programming focused on fostering a child’s enthusiasm and capacity for lifelong learning through active and quiet play experiences. Qualified YMCA educators will engage in play activities with your child that stimulate early learning while enhancing their social, emotional, and physical development, building their confidence, and developing essential school readiness skills.

Day Camp Programs

Our North York Y Day Camp is an air-conditioned facility with a gymnasium, program rooms, and green space. Campers will participate in a recreational swim twice a week in a 25m pool. Camp operates 9:00am–4:00pm, extended hours are available on site from 7:30–9:00am and 4:00–6:00pm for an additional fee. We offer summer, winter, and march break camp options! 

Summer Day Camp programs range from arts and science to sports, swimming, leadership, outdoor adventures and more! Registration for Summer 2025 is now open.

Day Camp is also offered during Winter and March Break at a reduced number of locations across the GTA to help with your school break care.
