The Bright Spot’s first year anniversary

04 May 2021 - by YMCA of Greater Toronto

On May 7 at noon, join us to celebrate one year of well-being, connection, and community at The Bright Spot, the YMCA of Greater Toronto’s online community for older adults.

When many in-person programs at the Y were temporarily closed because of COVID-19 and worldwide closures made it harder for older adults to socialize, we launched the online community to create a space that facilitates the important interactions that are part of what makes life enjoyable!

Join us as we celebrate this special milestone and enjoy a performance from the Toronto Symphony Orchestra. Get an overview of all of the different types of programs we offer, play trivia, and much more!
