YMCA Cedar Glen has two Family Camp weekends happening this summer! Our Long Weekend Family Camp will run July 31 to August 3, 2015 and our Weekend Family Camp will run from August 21 to 23, 2015. We welcome families of all ages!
The YMCA's Cedar Glen Outdoor Centre is a year-round outdoor centre located near Bolton in the beautiful Oak Ridges Moraine. It is just one hour from downtown Toronto. We are set on an expansive 263 acres of rolling hills, trails and fields with the beautiful Cold Creek running through our property.
A Family Camp weekend will allow you to reconnect with your family and enjoy the pleasures of being outside together. Outdoor activities will be offered for both parents and kids. These activities include Archery, High Ropes, Swimming, Low Ropes, Outdoor Maze, Climbing Wall, Nature Hikes, Shelter Building, and Fire Building, just to name a few.
There will also be time to relax in our Muskoka chairs and enjoy the view. Stay in our accommodations as a family and enjoy our cedar rooms that include two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. Enjoy our hot meals and salad bar.
