At the end of the week, don’t forget to share the results with us and celebrate your accomplishments at YMCA Healthy Kids Day on June 1. YMCA Health and Fitness centres across the country are opening their doors for a FREE day of fun activities to encourage our communities to help us improve the health and well-being of our families.
