Food Insecurity: Get Informed!

Did you know World Food Day (October 16th) just took place? When we think of food and those who do not have enough it is pretty common to probably think of the people you see on infomercials from organizations asking for donations, or huge population of homeless people living in Toronto.

What we don’t often think about is what is happening as our population grows and we continue to drain resources and most of us in North America waste enough food to feed so many communities. As a global community we need to start making changes now so start thinking ahead and become educated on what is happening and the implications us and generations to come will face. Be a part of the change:
