A great way to get your kids active is to be active yourself and show them just how fun it can be! Our Health and Fitness Centres offer Family Gym times throughout the week to give you and your kids quality time and the chance to get active together. You can also connect with other community members.
With Family Gym, you can:
- Socialize your children at a young age with the safety of your boundaries
- Help your older children burn off some of their extra energy!
- Have your own social time
Family Gym activities include:
- Floor hockey
- Soccer
- Basketball
- Bouncy castle jumping
- Mat gymnastics
- Tricycle riding
