Description
Come enjoy some quality family time in beautiful Muskoka this spring at Camp Pine Crest! Programs will include canoeing, archery, sailing, arts and crafts, high ropes and much more!
Arrival begins at 5:00pm on Friday May 16th with a buffet dinner served between 6:00-7:00pm. Departure from Camp is after Lunch on Monday May 19th. The weekend includes 3 meals/day & snacks, accommodation in our cabins, and staff-led programming throughout the days and evenings. Mornings will contain age-group activities to provide parents with some time away from their kids and afternoons & evenings will have family programs that you can attend together. Accommodations are in our Cabins which are one-room spaces each containing 5 bunk beds. Washrooms are not in the cabins but rather nearby. Our cabins are scattered around our beautifully rugged site, but are not all fully accessible. If you have questions about the accessibility of a cabin please send us an email. If you have a specific cabin request please indicate it at the time of registration. Please note that we can't guarantee that you will get your requested cabin but we will do our best and communicate with you if we aren't able to give your first choice. Cabins will be allocated once the event registration is complete.

Please note, transportation to and from this event is not included.
Please register and list names and ages for all family members attending the weekend. Please also ensure that you provide us with any details on food allergies and/or dietary restrictions and who they apply to. Finally please let us know if you are hoping to live in a specific cabin at camp.

Note: Your first participant for your booking will need to be an adult and should be the main person we will contact regarding your booking.
Please include names, ages, and dietary restrictions/food allergies for each individual registered.
PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY:
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant's registration history via your My Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals must be processed online or requested by email prior to the program start date. Refunds will be granted as follows:
- a full refund minus the admin fee of $30 if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the activity
- if it's less than 14 days we refund 50% of the cost
- if it's less that 7 days we refund 25% of the cost
- medical withdrawals accompanied by a doctor's note get a full refund no matter the timing
- we don't offer refunds for inclement weather
No refund of any amount will be granted for non-medical withdrawals on or after the program start date. Refunds will not be issued in instances where participant(s) is/are removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or the participant's parent(s)/guardian(s) or are dismissed from the camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrollment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
