You must have at least one adult (18 ) as a part of your booking. The fee listed is based on the first adult. You can add up to 9 additional individuals into the cabin once you have indicated who your first participant is.
Note: Your first participant for your booking will need to be an adult and should be the main person we will contact regarding your booking.
Withdrawal Policy:
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant’s registration history via your My Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals must be processed online or requested by email prior to the program start date. Refunds will be granted as follows:• A full refund minus the admin fee 30.00 if you cancel more than 14 days prior to the activity• If it’s less than 14 days we refund 50% of the cost• If it’s less than 7 days we refund 25% of the cost• Medical withdrawals accompanied by a doctor’s note get a full refund no matter the timing• We don’t offer refunds for inclement weather
If you are withdrawing due to a medical reason, these must be requested by emailing register@ymcagta.org and must include a Medical Certificate.
No refund of any amount will be granted for non-medical withdrawals received on or after the program start date. Refunds will not be issued in instances where the participant(s) is/are removed from the camp program at the choice or request of the participant or participant’s parent(s)/ guardian(s) or are dismissed from camp for contravention of camp guidelines or the code of conduct.
DISCLAIMER:
All programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
