Come reconnect with your fellow alumni this spring at Pine Crest! Spring Alumni Weekend is both family and individual-friendly and will have programmed activities as well as time to relax and enjoy the place you know and love.
Arrival begins at 5:00pm on Friday May 23rd with a buffet dinner served between 6:00-7:00pm. Departure from Camp is following Lunch on Sunday May 25th. The weekend includes 3 meals/day & snacks, accommodation in our cabins or lodges and staff-led programming throughout the days and evenings. Mornings will contain age-group activities (including adult activities!) to provide parents with some time away from their kids and afternoons & evenings will have family programs that you can attend together. Accommodations are in our Cabins or Lodges.
In case it has been a moment since you've been up to Pine Crest, our Cabins are one-room spaces each containing 5 bunk beds. Washrooms are not in the cabins but rather nearby. Our cabins are scattered around our beautifully rugged site, but are not all fully accessible. If you have questions about the accessibility of a cabin please send us an email. Our lodges are dorm-style buildings with a small sitting/common area and washrooms in the building. Each lodge contains 6 rooms, each with two bunk beds. Our lodges are accessible.If you have a specific cabin or lodge request please indicate it at the time of registration. Please note that we can't guarantee that you will get your requested cabin but we will do our best and communicate with you if we aren't able to get you in the lodge/cabin you indicated. Lodges/cabins will be allocated in the weeks leading up to the event once registration is complete.

Please note, transportation to and from this event is not included.
Please register and list names and ages for all individuals and/or family members attending the weekend. Please also ensure that you provide us with any details on food allergies and/or dietary restrictions and who they apply to. Finally please let us know if you are hoping to live in a specific lodge/cabin at camp or near other attending individuals/families.
