Description
This is the WSIB-recognized certification required by Early Childhood Educators, Dental, Electricians, Sports Coaches and many other professionals. Designed for those who require a more in-depth understanding of first aid and CPR. Incorporates all Emergency First Aid content as well as spinal injuries, burns, heat stroke, hypothermia, broken bones, sprains, dislocations, impaled objects, and other life-threatening medical emergencies. Includes CPR-C certification.

A new state-of-the-art YMCA is now open on Kingston Road in the Upper Beach area. Our newest Centre of Community is a 60,000 square foot, fully accessible facility. First Aid manuals are available to borrow during the course. If you would like to purchase one to keep, please go to the LifeguardDepot.com website and purchase a Canadian First Aid Manual from there.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE UP CLASSES
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
