Description
The Junior Lifeguard Club is an aquatic skill development program based on personal-best achievement that builds on skills they already have. Junior Lifeguard Club members work to develop and improve their swimming technique and will be introduced to lifesaving sport events. Once they have completed the intro program and received their certificate, members will be able to join the appropriate level based on their age.
Prerequisites: Completing Junior Lifeguard Club Academy Intro. Telegames entry fees are included in the registration fee

Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Toronto, these award-winning facilities feature a wide range of health and fitness facilities and programs, a new immigrant services centre, and youth programs. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Goggles are recommended for this class. Swim diapers (reusable or disposable) are required for children who are not fully toilet trained.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE-UP CLASSES:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
Make up classes will be offered if a class is cancelled by the YMCA. Make up classes are not offered if the child misses a class for personal reasons. Participants who are registered in the wrong level will be withdrawn.
