This class is for beginner dancers with no prior experience in this style. Jazz is a lively and energetic style of dance. In this class, we will work on improving flexibility, strength, proper placement, posture and alignment. Dancers will learn how to perform and entertain an audience while effortlessly executing high-energy dance moves. It is highly recommended that dancers taking Jazz are also enrolled in Ballet to build upon their strength and technical ability and to ensure progression in the dancer. Jazz is a great foundation for dancers interested in Lyrical.

This family-friendly centre offers health and fitness services designed to help people of all ages get active, as well as child care and community-building programs. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. A large, private lot on-site provides free parking for members.
