Nature and scope
The YMCA of Greater Toronto is a charity offering opportunities for personal growth, community involvement and leadership. The Marketing and Communications team provides marketing and communications services to internal clients across the organization.
As Vice President, Marketing and Communications, you will lead a team of nine in delivering marketing and communications strategies and programs that attract new participants to the Y’s programs and services.
- You have led marketing and communications for a complex, dynamic organization with multiple stakeholders.
- You understand brand, digital marketing, segmentation, CRM, corporate communications, media and public relations, and the full range of channels and tools through which to tell the Y’s stories and engage participants.
