The Cooper Koo Family YMCA is a legacy building from the 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games. Developed in partnership with Waterfront Toronto, Infrastructure Ontario, and the Province of Ontario, our newest Centre of Community provides programs and services designed to support healthy living for people of all ages and abilities.

YMCA Camp programs keep your child engaged and active throughout the summer months with fun, structured activities that instill positive values in our campers.
The Y offers a wide range of camp programs across the GTA this summer, and during the upcoming March Break
YMCA Day Camp programs will keep your child active and engaged throughout the summer months with fun, structured activities in a welcoming environment that encourages and instills positive values. Campers will develop new skills, make new friends, and build self-esteem and confidence under the supervision of a highly trained YMCA staff team.
Programs include: Creative Arts, Dance & Drama, Eco Camp, Science, Multi-Sport Combo, Wacky Sports, Variety and Media Arts Programs.
This location also offers "Discovery" camp, a great introduction to camp for your 4 and 5 year olds! Please Note campers must be 4 years old by the first day of the program.

Please note that all children’s registered programs will be cancelled on Good Friday (Friday, April 14).

Get a weekly cardio workout for free this month during our Saturday afternoon CardioFit Box group fitness class. Your instructor will guide you through boxing punches, kicks and other athletic drills designed to keep your heart rate high. Classes are free and open to the public until March 31st — no YMCA membership required.
