Getting Unstuck: A Free Workshop on Creating Positive Change
This workshop explores how our beliefs, thoughts, emotions, and behaviours can leave us feeling stuck in patterns that don't serve us well, and the simple changes we can make to become "unstuck." On Sunday, February 26th from 1:00 – 3:00 pm, Natalia Ria will be teaching effective strategies to help you recognize and shift limiting belief patterns, and re-wire your brain for positive change. As Ria fuses wisdom from the fields of neuroscience, psychology and contemplative practices, you'll see what it takes to unlearn old habits and embody new ways of being. This workshop is for you if you're ready to create positive changes in your life and become the master of yourself!
This workshop is free and open to the community — no YMCA membership needed.
