Democracy Talks & Vote Pop-Ups
The YLD and NYLD programs have partnered with Ryerson University’s Democratic Engagement Exchange, City of Toronto, Election Services and Elections Ontario to promote civic voice through this initiative.
Youth Leadership Development and Newcomer Youth Leadership Development groups will host voter information sessions and mock elections with an emphasis on enhancing participation of eligible voters in the upcoming provincial, municipal and federal elections.
