This is an instructional Pickleball program for beginner players who want to learn the basics of the game, stay active and meet others in a dynamic and fun class setting. Lessons are run by a certified Pickleball instructor.

The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.
