Adult swim lessons have a maximum of 8 participants per class, and teach adults fundamental swimming skills, strokes and water safety skills. Instructors are able to tailor each class to suit the students' learning requirements and pace. Moving away from learning to swim, these lessons are for those looking to work on performance and specific techniques to improve their existing skills.
Prerequisite: Participants must have an active membership to the YMCA of Greater Toronto.
