Description
This class is for children ages 4 & 5. No previous Martial Arts experience is needed to register. This class introduces students to sports fundamentals and prepares them for "Karate - Novice" classes once they turn 6 years old.
Location
The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.
