Description
This workshop is perfect for anyone looking to take charge of their health, improve their diet, and build lifelong habits. Whether you want to eat healthier, lose weight, or simply feel better, this course will give you the tools and knowledge to make informed choices.
Note: Make up sessions will not be offered if a participant misses a session.
Location
The Oshawa Y is a family-friendly centre offering child care, health and fitness services, and community programming. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. On-site parking is available free for members.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
