Cheer & Dance teaches basic dance moves, cheer motions and routines, with an emphasis on fitness, fun and individual creativity.
Location
This family-friendly centre offers health and fitness services designed to help people of all ages get active, as well as child care and community-building programs. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. A large, private lot on-site provides free parking for members.
