Description
In this combo course swimmers get an introduction to Lifesaving sport which encourages lifesavers to develop, maintain and improve the essential physical and mental skills needed to save lives in the aquatic environment. Participants will also receive the Bronze Star certification which is the first of the Lifesaving Society's Bronze level courses.
Location
The Mississauga Y offers a large health and fitness centre with a newly renovated conditioning room, extensive youth and community programs, and child care services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year. Free parking is available on-site for members.

Notes
Please bring a bathing suit, goggles and towel each day.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Participant who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 10% of the course fee. Participant who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
