Description
This is for all new students interested in the YMCA Karate program. This recreational class introduces students to sports fundamentals and basic karate techniques. Students will be ready for "Karate - Novice" classes at the end of this session.
Location
This spacious, 60,000 square foot facility houses a full-featured health and fitness centre, as well as school break and summer camps programs. On-site parking is available free to members.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Wear comfortable clothes that won’t restrict movement.
Please bring a water bottle to each class and ensure that students have used the bathroom prior to the start of class.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND MAKE UP CLASSES
Participants who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a full refund. Participants who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
Make up classes will be offered if a class is cancelled by the YMCA. Make up classes are not offered if the child misses a class for personal reasons. Children who are registered in the wrong level will be withdrawn.
