Description
This Bronze Star certification course participants develop swimming proficiency, lifesaving skill and personal fitness. Participants will refine their stroke mechanics, acquire self-rescue skills, and apply fitness principles in training workouts. Bronze Star is excellent preparation for success in Bronze Medallion and provides a fun introduction to lifesaving sport. Participants will also learn basic first aid skills.
Location
This YMCA is located at the heart of one of Toronto's trendiest West End neighborhoods. There's something for everyone at this family-friendly centre featuring child care, camp, community programs, and health and fitness services. Camp programs are available during school breaks throughout the year.

Please bring a bathing suit, goggles and towel each day.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Participant who withdraw from the course more than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 10% of the course fee. Participant who withdraw from the course less than 7 days prior to the start of the course will receive a refund less 50% of the course fee. No refunds will be granted once the course has started.
