Description
Day Camp buses are supervised by trained Y camp staff bus marshals, and parents are required to sign campers in and out with the bus marshals each day. Children must get on and off at the same bus stop daily. The bus marshals will also ensure that your child(ren) is engaged and having fun to and from Day Camp each day!
Buses depart at the time stated on the bus schedule and will not wait for absent children. Please arrive approximately 10 mins before the stated departure time. Bus times may change so please ensure you check the bus schedule the Friday before your child(ren) is registered to attend Day Camp!
This bus stop is located at 111 Sharpecroft Blvd, North York at the intersection of Dovehouse/Sharpecroft. Extended Hours available at this Bus Stop.
Location
Y Day Camp utilizes Chalkfarm Public School to deliver a variety of programs. This location has access to a gymnasium, several classrooms and outdoor green space. Campers will swim off site at a nearby community pool. Camp operates 9:00am – 4:00pm. Bussing is available for $100/week round trip.

PROGRAM WITHDRAWAL POLICY
If you wish to withdraw a participant from a program, you can do so by accessing the participant’s Registration History via your MY Y Account or by submitting your request to withdraw by email to register@ymcagta.org.
Withdrawals that are processed online or requested by email 10 days before the start of the program will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 10% per program being withdrawn. Withdrawal requests received with less than 10 days’ notice will receive a refund minus an administration fee of 50% of the cost of the program being cancelled. These requests must be submitted by email to register@ymcagta.org.
A doctor's note is required for any withdrawal due to medical reasons. Refunds are not granted for inclement weather. Any request received after the start of the course will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Refunds take 2-3 weeks to process. PROGRAM TRANSFER POLICY

Description
Extended hours start as early as 7:30am and end as late as 6:00pm. Hours do vary by location. Children will be provided with a nutritious snack and engage in small group activities as they wind down from their active day at YMCA Day Camp.

Child must have a current registration in a YMCA Before & After School Program.

DISCLAIMER
The YMCA reserves the right to amend a Registrant’s registration if we are unable to confirm where applicable the Registrant’s assisted rate, we will bill at the full cost of the program.
All Programs are subject to change or cancellation due to low enrolment or other unforeseen circumstances that are prohibitive to the operation of the Program. In these cases, you will receive a full refund of your fees paid.
The YMCA further reserves the right not admit or assume responsibility of a participant, if participant’s medical information is not completed and if the authorization is not signed by the parent/guardian and returned to the YMCA prior to the commencement of the registered program.
Any registration that is subsidized through a third-party agency must be submitted two weeks prior to the start of the program that is being requested.
