YMCA Healthy Kids Day

Kick off an active summer on YMCA Healthy Kids Day!

YMCA centres across the GTA will be open FREE to the public on June 2, 2013, for fun-filled family activities including dance classes, obstacle courses, crafts, nutrition tables and much more.

We incorporate healthy practices into our programs and activities for children and youth year-round. YMCA Healthy Kids Day places special emphasis on teaching children, youth and their families about exploring habits that contribute to healthy growth and development.
