In November 2012, the YMCA was named as one of the Top Employers in the GTA. This is the fifth year in a row that the YMCA has won this recognition. In April 2013, The YMCA of Greater Toronto has been named one of Canada's Greenest Employers for the third year in a row due to success in fostering a culture of environmental awareness.
