Day conferences
Corporate, community, and many other groups come to YMCA Cedar Glen Outdoor Centre every year to enjoy our conference spaces. Your group will enjoy a continental breakfast, hot buffet lunch, afternoon snack and beverages, meeting spaces, presentation equipment and the opportunity to participate in self-directed recreational activities such as volleyball or hiking and facilitated programs such as high ropes courses and zipline. Overnight retreats and conferences
Conferences for both day and overnight groups can include any of the following services or options.

• Use of meeting space with capacity to sit 120 at round tables
• Up to eight hours of programming
• Hot buffet breakfast
• Hot buffet lunch
• Hot buffet dinner
• Evening snack
• Beverages
• Presentation equipment
• Lodging in single, double or triple accommodations

Meeting rooms
The Monarch and Viceroy rooms are professional meeting spaces perfect for groups of 30-50. These rustic, natural rooms are perfect for inspiration and concentration. AV and presentation equipment is available.

Lawson Auditorium
The ultimate meeting or program facility for groups of 120 or more. This spacious room is equipped with a quality sound system, AV equipment and kitchen facilities.

Main Lodge
Perched high on the hilltop, our newly renovated building includes our reception lounge, administration offices and rooms for special programs. Our sun-drenched central dining room provides a spectacular view of the property.

Accommodations
Our sleeping accommodations are quaint wooden lodges located adjacent to the Main Lodge. Each room has a private bathroom with shower.

Single and double accommodation (including linen) is available for adults, and double and triple accommodation is available for children and youth.

Hours of operation
YMCA Cedar Glen is open all year round with the exception of a few statutory holidays. The office is open Monday to Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Parking
There is ample parking available to guests and visitors. Delivery vehicles can park at the Main Lodge. Vehicles are not permitted in pathways, roadways or in the valley.

Meals
Meals at YMCA Cedar Glen are served buffet style at the following times:

Breakfast           8 a.m.
Lunch               12 p.m.
Dinner                5 p.m.

Private dining options for a group are also available upon request.

Smoking and alcohol
Smoking is not permitted at our site, except for the designated area near the main parking lot. Alcohol can be consumed on YMCA property only if a liquor license is purchased by the outside organization and limited to one social room.

Presentation equipment
You are more than welcome to borrow presentation equipment, including an overhead projector and a screen.

Cancellation policy
25% is due 10 days after booking. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. Balance is due upon arrival.

Pet policy
Pets are not permitted in any building or on site.
